  Fiona Boundy

Fiona joined Hays in 2005 recruiting within the high volume office support business, and quickly progressed into a management position. She went on to establish our National Policy and Strategy business in 2007, consistently billing in excess of $1m+ per year, and was amid the top five billers across the APAC. She then took the opportunity to join our of Hong Kong business, where she led the Specialist Business division. The success of these businesses and the instigation of the Risk & Compliance business unit resulted in her promotion to Business Director.

In 2014 she returned to Australia to take on a leadership role within the Hays Executive Business, and in July 2015 took on the exciting challenge role of Account Director with Hays Talent Solutions ANZ, to lead the on-site RPO and MSP teams for Suncorp.

Throughout her career she has gained a deep understanding of the world of work through exposure to high volume multinational retailers, and consulting to a broad range of commercial organisations in both Hong Kong and Australia; state and federal governments, and not-for-profit organisations in Australia.
