Fiona Anson is a serial entrepreneur with a background in accounting, management and marketing. With over 25 years’ experience in her own businesses including licensing and franchising, Fiona inherently understands how businesses tick and that answering clients’ needs and product/market fit is paramount. As Co-Founder of Workible, Fiona realised that old-style recruitment methods simply don’t work for a changing more flexibility-driven workforce and, coupled with changing technology, businesses needed to be able to engage with jobseekers where they were – via mobile devices. Fiona is a regular speaker on topics such as the changing workforce, creating employee engagement and business innovation and creativity. She has been the go-to business expert for Channel 9 and the Daily Telegraph and is a regular contributor to business and industry magazines and publications.
