Talent Acquisition Sourcing CoE Leader, GE
David was born in Melbourne, Australia and has a Post Graduate Degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management.
David has 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. This includes various roles for Robert Walters (recruitment agency), Alexander Mann Solutions (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) and HCMS (consultancy). His previous role was to lead the recruitment function for Origin Energy (large Australian energy company). David’s experience has been across multiple industries, specifically finance, IT and energy, leading teams and establishing recruitment functions globally.
Since 2011 David has worked in GE’s Talent Acquisition function, leading the recruiting teams for ANZ, ASEAN, Japan and Korea. His current role is leading GE’s Talent Acquisition Sourcing CoE where he has responsibility for the vision, strategy and operational delivery for proactive sourcing, pipelining/mapping of external of talent into GE.
