  Bronwen Fitzroy-Ezzy

Bronwen Fitzroy-Ezzy has been Executive Vice President for Beeline in the Asia Pacific Region, since 2011 and is currently based in Singapore. Ms. Fitzroy-Ezzy has 15 years of experience in the Recruitment Industry prior to her role with Beeline, operating across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia with the Adecco Group in various Executive positions, primarily managing diverse teams to align the client requirements across multiple industry sectors. Her expertise is in aligning strategic Solution Design and Implementation of customer requirements with Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Business Development along with Strategic Solution and Design of Contingent and Project Based Workforces.

Ms. Fitzroy-Ezzy’s role with the expansion of Beeline in APAC has a strong focus on Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and China to provide best-in-class solutions focused squarely on managing the key components of the contingent workforce and the employment lifecycle while offering technology, content and services addressing recruitment and sourcing, talent management, and performance optimisation to deliver fiscal and process improvement.
