Assistant Director Workforce Planning & Analytics, Australian Financial Security Authority
Adina is currently leading the Workforce Analytics and Planning team at the Australian Financial Security Authority, developing and implementing best practice approaches to maturing workforce analytics and planning as foundational pieces of work towards building the future workforce for AFSA and the broader Australian Public Service (APS).
Adina is an active contributor to the workforce planning and workforce analytics conversations in the APS, and an advocate for knowledge sharing across Government organisations in this niche area. She currently mentors workforce planning and analytics professionals across a number of public service organisations.
Adina’s simple, but impactful approach to building workforce analytics and planning capabilities and delivering business value has gained significant interest from peer organisations who are currently struggling with demonstrating the value of investing in these areas.
Adina brings with her over 10 years’ experience working with business data to provide insight for executive decision making in marketing and HR across private sector, higher education and public sector organisations. She is passionate about using data about people at work to gain insight into workforce risks, as well as opportunities for improved workforce and organisational performance.
