  Adam Walker

Adam is currently the Service Delivery  Leader  RPO with Futurestep, where he is responsible for partnering with clients to review, analyse, improve, and optimise both operational and strategic talent acquisition.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Adam was part of the leadership team responsible for the design, build and management of the Global Recruitment and Resourcing function within ANZ Banking Group. Adam held a number of positions within ANZ over almost 4 years, including a year based in Bangalore, India.  Prior to joining ANZ, Adam worked within the RPO industry across several clients, projects and geographies, building and managing shared services hubs and working on projects in Australia, Malaysia, and the UAE.

Adam has more than 15 years in the recruitment and talent acquisition industries, including agency, executive search, RPO, and in-house models, with his work history spanning various roles across several countries. He has built and managed several unbundled talent acquisition & management and HR services teams, both locally and internationally, within direct in-house teams and for numerous RPO clients.

Before entering the recruitment industry, Adam worked within the Health Care Sector following completion of his Science degree at the University of Melbourne.
