This conference was designed for both Internal and Agency recruiters who wanted to master sourcing. |
Nowhere else in Australia were you be able to learn from so many of the most respected people in the sourcing profession. Our speakers included Glen Cathey and Jim Stroud from the U.S. They are two of the most respected names in sourcing and have pioneered techniques to better mine your existing databases as well as on how to use Twitter, YouTube and other social media as sourcing tools. And we also had local experts such as Martin Warren and Michael Specht providing an Australian perspective and teaching their widely used techniques.
This August event was an engaging day to further the understanding of what sourcing is and how it's evolving. This was an unprecedented opportunity to come face-to-face and learn from the gurus. Many participants gained a competitive edge and differentiate their services from fellow sourcers or their competition by being there.
