THEMES AND OVERVIEWS

The second Annual Australasian Talent Conference was held on the 14th, 15th and 16th of April 2008 in Sydney, Australia. Over 400 individuals from Australia, New Zealand, Asia and United States came together to share their knowledge, establish valuable networks, and learn about leading edge talent management practices.

The 2008 ATC was the follow up to the inaugural event in 2007. In 2008 the Sydney Hilton saw more than twice as many exhibitors, sponsors and most importanly delegates attend to discuss the trends and issues the recruitment industry currently faces, and will face in the future.
