The first Annual Australasian Talent Conference was held on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of March 2007 in Sydney, Australia. Over 200 individuals from Australia, New Zealand, Asia and United States came together to share their knowledge, establish valuable networks, and learn about leading edge talent management practices.

The 2007 ATC was the first of its kind in Australia, with attendees reinforcing the value and relevance of a conference specialising on recruitment and talent management practices.
