2011 was a crazy rollercoaster of a year. Environmental disasters, a soaring dollar, a booming resources talent market and talent shortages still a growing concern.
We thought the most appropriate theme for the 2012 conference would be one that addressed the rollercoaster nature of our talent markets. As they swing up and down, contract and expand, and generally remain unpredictable, it is necessary to be prepared for anything.
The keys to long term recruiting and talent management success are: agility, flexibility and the ability to anticipate future trends before they become real issues.
