2011 was a crazy rollercoaster of a year. Environmental disasters, a soaring dollar, a booming resources talent market and talent shortages still a growing concern. We thought the most appropriate theme for the 2012 conference would be one that addressed the rollercoaster nature of our talent markets. As they swing up and down, contract and expand, and generally remain unpredictable, it is necessary to be prepared for anything. The keys to long term recruiting and talent management success are: agility, flexibility and the ability to anticipate future trends before they become real issues. |
We offered a variety of alternative approaches to deal with this changing market. Our workshops and themes focused on:

We engaged established thought leaders to lead discussions and help us create new thinking - enabling us to deal with the 'Rollercoaster' of Talent Management.

With well over 300 attendees, this is the largest and most complete talent conference in the Australasian region. We are working hard to expand our delegates to include professionals from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and other Asian countries. This expanded delegate base gives you the chance to grow your network, learn from the emerging and highly competitive markets of Asia and broaden your understanding of the overall demand for talent.
The number and variety of technology and services vendors grows each year. Nowhere else do you have the opportunity to get a demonstration of and chat with key developers and users about new and exciting talent management technologies.
