Anthony founded Sork HC more than a decade ago and has a wealth of experience in developing senior executives and high potential talent across Australasia, the UK and the USA. He is an engaging speaker and passionate writer on leadership and Human Capital issues and through this work he has helped individuals and leadership teams, across a variety of industries, achieve sustainable high performance. Anthony has been awarded two Australian Patents for his research and development in social psychology for Employee Attachment and Engagement and has helped his clients receive many awards including; Best Employer and Employer of Choice. Prior to Sork HC, Anthony held various senior executive positions in Australia and the UK. He holds a Bachelor degree with majors in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology and has further qualifications in Adult Education, Training and Assessment Systems and Human Resources. Gabriel is responsible for all matters pertaining to the customisation and development of Monster’s product suite in Australia including the product to market strategy. He is also responsible on driving the strategic direction of the business and looking at profitable business models for the joint venture. Prior to his current role Gabriel held different commercial roles within CareerOne, growing and cementing their key accounts portfolio as Director of National Accounts and National Sales Director. Originally from Mexico City he moved into Australia in 2005 to study an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, specialising in Business Strategy. Prior to this he was Managing Director of the Latin American subsidiary of Monitoring Systems Technology, a leading technology provider for the outdoor media industry with headquarters in Eastern Europe. As Managing Director, Gabriel was responsible for the Mexican operations, as well as its European and Latin American expansion. He successfully expanded the business into 32 cities positioning the company as a market leader servicing companies such as Universal McCann, Coca Cola, Columbia Pictures, Nestle, Media Planning, Starcom and Viacom. Greg SavageGreg is the founder and driving force behind Firebrand Talent Search. Over a career spanning thirty years, he has established himself as an icon of the Australian recruitment industry and is a regular keynote speaker at staffing and recruitment conferences around the world. After graduating with honours in Psychology, Greg's early career saw him manage the London office of the United Kingdom's largest accounting recruiter for two years. In the early 1980s he returned to Australia to run the Sydney office of Accountancy Placements (now the Hays Group), where he was invited to join the board of directors at age 27. Greg founded Recruitment Solutions in 1987 and rapidly built the start-up into a company of over 200 staff and annual sales of $60,000,000. Recruitment Solutions was successfully listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in July 1998 with Greg at its helm as both Executive Director and COO. April 2001 saw Greg join Aquent as Asia-Pacific CEO. Four years later in 2005, he was promoted to Aquent International CEO and assumed responsibility for all Aquent businesses outside of North America, which then comprised of over 25 offices across Europe, Asia and Australasia. In recognition of his contribution to the Australian recruitment industry, Greg was made an Honorary Life Member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) in 2004. Tara is currently the Head of Projects & Consulting within AMS across the Asia Pacific region. Will BlottA Google ‘veteran’ of more than 5 years & a member of the Australian talent industry for the last decade, Will has helped grow and develop Google into one of Australia’s frequently voted workplaces of choice. Currently responsible for leadership, management, individual and team development, Will’s international career spans more than a decade in talent management, from attraction, selection to diversity and development of human capital. Originally joining Google to establish their Australasian Talent & Outreach Programs team early 2007 to develop their short and long term talent pipeline, Will lead university, diversity and K12 engagement, and soon after took on additionally ownership of leadership and management development for Australia/New Zealand, before moving full-time into Google’s global corporate university team in 2009. Will now plays a multi-hatted role, leading a regional team whilst travelling globally to co-design and deliver flagship programs and coach and train leaders, managers, teams and other trainers. Prior to Google Will worked for Unilever Australasia developing their Future Leaders program and also consulted in HR and organisational psychology in Australia and the UK.
