The ATC was created over a decade ago by a handful of recruiters as a passion project. The aim was to bring the latest trends and technology from all over the world to Australia and shift the talent community from competitors to collaborators. We couldn’t do all of this without the help of the talent practitioners who take to the stage and are generous in sharing their expertise and time, the sponsors who support the events and the bloggers who wow us with their thinking, musings and recommendations. What started off as a passion project turned into a full time gig. Trevor is the “face” of ATC and he’s constantly scouring the globe for the greatest speakers, latest trends and best recruitment practices to share with you.
Co-Founder, Director, Talent Futurist
Kevin founded ATC alongside Trevor, and is a fantastic speaker, expert and futurist on recruitment and talent management. He spends most of his time traveling and presenting at conferences around the world, and he a soft spot for ANZ (and our wines),

The Swiss Army Knife of Talent: Acquisition, People Analytics, Psychometrics, Graduate Programs, L&D and Career Transitions. Jo spends her days talking to ANZ's brightest Talent minds, demoing new talent tech and co-curating talent events.
Director of Event Management
Karen is the person who brings it all together. She ensures that our events run smoothly, from the setting up of the venue to ensuring that you go home with a full belly. She guarantees anyone with a sweet tooth will be well catered for.
Bo Kai Low (BK)
Digital Marketing, PR & Communications Manager
BK writes, edits, blogs, photoshops, Instagrams, tweets, films, takes pictures for everything and anything related to ATC. He works behind the scenes mostly, but you can definitely sense his presence online via all the content ATC publishes.
Explorer, blogger, chronic over sharer. Stan loves HR Tech and is one of the first to implement Virtual Reality into a recruitment process. Now sourcing for a Perth start-up full time whilst contributing to ATC.
Cathy as we know her, is the most important person at ATC. She keeps the office ticking over and ensures that you’re registered successfully so you can come enjoy yourself at our events, which is what it’s all about at the end of the day.
Events & Media Consultant
You’ll see Nat’s smiling face at the registration desk of every ATC event. She’s the runner on the conference floor handing out the microphone during Q&A time. She keeps a keen eye on the clock to ensure that we are on time and schedule. She's a gem!
Communications & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Conor keeps the motor running for ATC's online presence through blogging, editing, analysing, updating and occasionally graphic designing. As one of the newest members, Conor has also taken on the time-honed tradition of the office errand runner!
